Current Return Conditions

Wish's return policies have become more restrictive compared to earlier years. As of our March 2026 review, returns generally require:

  • Item reported within the return window (check your specific order for the applicable window)
  • Item unused and in original condition
  • Issue qualifies as defective, significantly not as described, or wrong item sent

Buyer remorse returns (you changed your mind, wrong size ordered) may not be eligible. Always verify the return terms shown on the specific product listing at time of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Go to My Orders in the Wish app
  2. Select the relevant order and item
  3. Look for Return or Report a Problem
  4. Select your reason, provide details, and attach photos
  5. Submit and wait for Wish's response (24-72 hours typically)
